Ragi Roti

Ingredients needed :
  • Ragi flour - 2 cups
  • Onion medium size - 2
  • Green chilies - 2
  • Salt - as reqd.
Method :

Chop onions + chilies and keep it ready. In a bowl add ragi flour + onions + chilies + salt and mix well by adding little water into a firm dough then take a small ball size of the dough and place it on a plastic sheet , and press it slowly with ur fingers and flatten it like roti then heat a tava and place this roti , add little oil and fry on both the sides , serve with any chutneys.
    Note :
    U can also add grated carrot , curry leaves , coriander leaves ,u can use plantain leaves and do the roti it gives nice aroma as I did for my son , I haven't used chilies...
