Boil milk and keep the flame in medium and add the grounded rice paste and cook it well keep stirring it well once it gets slightly thicker add condensed milk and mix it well and cook it for few more minutes to this add elachi powder add chopped cashews and badam and switch off the flame and allow it to cool well and keep it in fridge for sometime and serve chilled .</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> Clean basmathi rice and drain all excess water and set aside for few minutes. Chop Onions , capsicum , carrot, beans lengthwise and keep it ready. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Take a pan and add water + salt and allow it to boil well add soya chunks and allow it to cook for 5 minutes ...then drain the water and rinse it well with cold water well and squeeze excess water and keep it aside. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Heat a kadai and add oil + butter + jeera + fennel seeds + shahi jeera + onions + salt and fry well to this add capsicum and fry it for few more minutes to this add carrot + beans cover and fry it for few minutes ..then add </span><a href="http://kaviskitchen.blogspot.co.uk/2008/11/biryani-masala.html" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;" target="_blank">Biriyani Masala</a> (<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">You can also use store bought biriyani masala powder )</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">+ Soya chunks + lemon juice and mix it well and transfer it to rice cooker to this add soaked basmathi rice + water and mix it and cook it . </span><br />
