Maida Pakoda

Ingredients needed :
  • Maida flour - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 3 tsp.
  • Rava - 3 tsp.
  • Curd - 3/4 cup
  • Onions - 2 medium size
  • Curry leaves - 1 string
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Green chilies - 1
  • Salt - as reqd.
  • Water - little
  • Oil - for deep frying
Method :

Chop onions+green chilies+curry leaves+coriander leaves and set aside. In a bowl add maida flour+rice flour+rava+corn flour+salt and all the chopped items in the first step and mix well with curd and if needed add water. In a kadai add oil for deep frying, Once it is hot , take small ball size dough and deep fry it till done.
    Note :

    Instead of green chilies , we can use chili powder - 1/4 tsp.and while taking the dough for deep frying , it may stick to our hand, in order to avoid that immerse your hand in water and then take small ball size dough and deep fry it...This way dough doesn't stick to the hand.
