Rosecoco beans Kurma


Ingredients Needed :
  • Any Cooked Beans
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Vegetables (Carrot,Cauliflower,Capsicum,potato) (optional)
  • corriander leaves
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Garam Masala powder
  • Chilli Powder (pinch)
  • Jeera / Jeera powder
  • Salt to taste
For Grinding :
  • Pottu Kadalai
  • Green Chilli
  • Ginger
Method :
  1. Soak the beans overnight and pressure cook and keep it ready.
  2. Cut onions , tomato and all other vegetables.
  3. Grind all ingredients by adding little water and keep it ready.
  4. Heat kadai and add little oil and temper it with jeera,
  5. Add onions and saute well...then add tomatoes + vegetables + salt and add little water and boil it till the vegetables are cooked ...
  6. Now add the beans , and the grinded paste + Jeera powder (opt) + Garam Masala powder + Chilli powder (a pinch )..
  7. u can also add the water used for boiling the beans...and let it boil for 5 or 10 mins...
  8. and garnish with coriander leaves..
Kurma is ready..and best goes with Chappatti , Dosa.
