Peanut Corriander Chutney

  • Oil
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1tsp
  • Red Chillies - 1
  • Urad dhal - 1 tsp
  • Peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 medium
  • Tomato - 1 medium
  • Corriander leaves - 1/4 of a bunch
  • salt
  • curry leaves

In a pan, add oil+ cumin seeds + red chillies + urad dhal + peanuts. After the cumin seeds splutter and the urad dhal and peanuts get a lil crunchy with a change in the color add onion. Saute onion till it turns color. Then add tomato and allow it get cooked for 2 mins. Now add corriander leaves. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool. Grind it coarsely.

Season it with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
