Corriander Dal Prawn(Shrimp) Curry:





Ingredients:
  • Cooked Deveined prawns
  • Lime - 1/2
  • Toor dhal - 1/2 tsp
  • Channa dhal - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion - 1/2
  • kasthuri methi - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli - 1 or 2
  • Whole pepper - 1 tsp
  • Corriander - 1/4 of a bunch
  • Oil
  • Salt



Preparation:


Marinate prawns in lime juice and salt for 15 to 20 mins.
Dry roast Toor Dhal + Channa Dhal + Kasthuri methi (opt) + Red Chillies + Whole pepper + Half of the taken corriander bunch. Grind the dry roasted ingredients and mix with the marinated prawns.
In Pan, Add oil + lil onion and fry the prawn mixture.


Hot n different flavoured prawn is ready to taste.
