Ingredients needed :
- Cashew - 1 cup
- Badam - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- Rawa - 1 cup
- Milk Powder - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
Method :
Heat a kadai and add ghee once it melts , add sugar + rawa and mix it well ...it will start dissolving .... (picture 3 ) then add milk powder + badam - cashew paste and keep stirring it continuosly ...if needed u can add milk and ghee little meanwhile take a plate and grease it with ghee when the cake gets thick carefuly take a little spoon of the cake mix and drop it in plate ...it should be easily formed like into a ball shape ...in that consistency. Switch off the gas and pour it in the plate and when cut it in to square or diamond shape . Once it is completely cooled off ...u can take out the pieces ...
