Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice - 2 cups (Pre soak in water for half an hour)
 - Mushroom - 2 cups
 - Peas (Frozen) - 1/2 cup
 - Onion - 1 medium sliced
 - Garlic cloves - 2 large, minced
 - Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
 - Chilli pdr - 1/4 tsp
 - Coriander pdr - 1/2 tsp
 - Cumin pdr - 1/2 tsp
 - Whole cloves - 5 or 6
 - Oil - 1 tbsp
 - Salt to taste
 - Whole garam masala
 - Corn - 1/4 cup
 
Preparation:
Oil + whole garam masala + cumin seeds + garlic + onion + mushrooms + salt + spices.
If using pressure cooker :
Once the above gets cooked add 3 cups of water ( I use 1.5 cups of water for 1 cup of Basmati). When the water starts to boil, add rice, peas and corn.
If using a electric rice cooker:
juz mix the cooked contents, rice, peas, corn...Add water and set the cooker to start.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
