keerai Cutlet


Ingredients needed:
  1. Palak / Spinach - 1 bunch
  2. Frozen / boiled peas - 1/4 cup
  3. Onion finely chopped - 1
  4. Sambhar powder - 1/4 tsp.
  5. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp.
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp.
  7. Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp.
  8. Bread crumb - 2 cups
  9. Oil
Method :

Clean and chop palak finely . In a kadai add 1 tsp. oil+onions+salt fry till it turns brown in colour, then add Palak /spinach+peas+Sambhar powder+garam masala powder+jeera powder+turmeric powder and fry well now in a bowl add bread crumbs and mix the palak + Peas + onion mixture and take a small ball size and flatten it (like patties). Heat Tawa and place all these patties and add little oil and fry it well on both sides
