Ingredients needed :
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Peas (Frozen / Boiled)
- Sweet Corn (Frozen / Boiled)
- Paneer
- Oil
- Chilli Powder
- Jeera Powder
- Dhaniya Powder
- Gram Masala Powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
Method :
1. For Tomato Onion Gravy :
Cut Onions, Tomato into fine pieces. Heat Kadai and add little oil , and fry onions into golden brown colour with little salt,and the add tomatoes ,peas,sweet corn . Then goes in all powders...Chilli,Jeera, Dhaniya,Garam Masala. Now add Grated Paneer and stir for few mins. Once the gravy is ready ,remove from heat,and add coriander leaves and lime juice. This gravy is best to go with Dosa ,Iddli ,Roti.
2. For Mixed Masala Roti :
