Peanut Corriander Chutney
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Red Chillies - 1
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp
- Peanuts - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 medium
- Tomato - 1 medium
- Corriander leaves - 1/4 of a bunch
- salt
- curry leaves
Preparation:
In a pan, add oil+ cumin seeds + red chillies + urad dhal + peanuts. After the cumin seeds splutter and the urad dhal and peanuts get a lil crunchy with a change in the color add onion. Saute onion till it turns color. Then add tomato and allow it get cooked for 2 mins. Now add corriander leaves. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool. Grind it coarsely. Season it with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
