- Tomato - 1 or 2
- garlic pods - 2
- Turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Peppercorns - 10
- Salt
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil or Ghee
- Water
- Hing - a pinch
Preparation:
Grind Tomatoes + Garlic pods + Turmeric pdr + Cumin + Peppercorns + Salt.
In a pan, oil + mustard seeds + grinded paste + coriander leaves + req. water + hing
