Ingredients :
- Poha 2 cups
- Groundnuts
- Pottu Kadalai (Bengal gram)
- Curry leaves
- Red chilli
- Turmeric Powder
- Hing
- Salt to taste
- Sugar
- oil
Method :
Heat Kadai and add few drops of oil and roast groundnuts, once it is halfway roasted add pottu kadalai , with little salt..and keep it aside , fry Curry leaves and Red Chilli with little oil and mix it with the groundnut and pottu kadalai . Now fry the poha well, till it gets crispy with salt ,turmeric powder and Hing powder once it is ready , add the groundnuts ,pottukadali ,to this poha and add lilltle sugar to this
