Ingredients needed :
- Cooked Rice - 2 cups.
- Methi leaves a Bunch
- Onions
- Tomato
- Vegetables (Cauliflower,Potato,Capsicum,
Peas) - Dhaniya Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Lemon Juice
- Jeera
- Salt to taste
Method :
Remove Methi leaves from the stem . Cut onions, tomatoes,and all other vegetables. In a Kadai add oil ,once it is hot add jeera and fry Onion into Golden brown colour and add tomatoes ,with little water add vegetables and salt.. now add Methi leaves , add Chilli powder , Garam Masala Powder , Dhaniya Powder , Lemon juice...Once the Gravy is ready add cooked rice and mix well. Methi Rice is ready...
