Pav/ Buns - 4
Vegetables - Potato/beans/carrot/ peas and any other of your choice mixed - 3 cups
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2 small
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Pav Bhaji masala powder - 2 tbsp
Butter
Oil
Cilantro
Salt
Method :
Pressure cook all the vegetables until they are very soft. Remove and mash well.
In a kadai heat butter or oil and add onions, fry till they turn golden brown, add ginger garlic paste. Now add the tomatoes and mash and cook well. Then add the powders and saute. Finally add the mashed vegetables , salt and little water and cook for few minutes. Toast buns both sides with little butter on a tawa.
Garnish the bhaji with chopped onions, cilantro and lime juice and serve with buns.
