- Wheat Flour
- Methi leaves (1/2 bunch)
- Onion
- Salt
- Dhaniya powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Jeera
Method :
- Chop Onions finely and chop methi leaves ..
- Take required flour and add onions + Methileaves + Dhaniya powder + Garama Masala powder +Jeera salt + oil
- Knead the dough well by adding little water as reqired...
- and make small balls of dough and roll it like usual chappattis...
- Heat the tawa and make roti's in medium heat...
Serve the methi roti with tomato sauce.
