- Sweet corn (frozen) - 1 cup
- Bread - 2
- Potato - 3
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies
- Salt
- Oil
- lemon juice
Method :
Chop onions and heat kadai and add 1 tsp. oil and fry onions till done ...peel potato skin and chop it into pieces and take a saucepan and add little water and boil the potatoes till done, once done take the potato pieces and allow it cool well and then mash it and set aside, as I used frozen sweet corn , bring it to room temperature .
Take a blender and grind bread using whip button and make it powder and set aside ...then grind sweet corn + green chillies coarsely .. and transfer it to a bowl and add mashed potato + salt + lemon juice + bread crumbs and mix it well ...then take a small portion of the mixture and shape it in balls and keep it ready ...
Heat a paniyaram pan and add little oil in each hole and place the potato - sweet corn balls and fry it in medium heat till done and serve it with tomato sauce ..
