Ingredients:
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chillies - 2
- Onion - 1 medium
- Avaraikaai
- Salt
Preparation:
Oil + Mustard seeds + Cumin seeds + Red Chillies + Onion => Saute till onion turns golden brown.
Then add Avaraikaai + salt ( very li lis required) -> cook in a covered pan for 5 mins.

ReplyDeleteSeason with mustard,urud dal. Add chopped avaraikkai and sprinkle some water and salt . allow it to boil.make a powder of some coconut,dry chillies,and coriander seeds in a dry mixie. add this powder to boiled avaraikkai and saute for few second till u get a aroma.
