Egg Cube Curry



Egg in this recipe can be replaced by tofu or paneer.

Preparation:

Egg Cubes Preparation:
Onion + Cumin seeds + Cilantro + Spices like chilli pdr, corriander pdr, amchur pdr, garam masala + eggs + salt.
Whisk this and pour it in a microwave plate or container.
Place it in microwave for 5 - 10 mins and then after the egg gets cooked make cubes like paneer.

Curry Preparation:
Oil + Mustard seeds + Black Cumin + Onion + Almonds powder or Pista + 2 cups of milk.Bring milk to boil. Once the milk starts boiling add corriander pdr ( 1 tbsp) + chilli pdr (1/2 tsp).

After adding the above said, reduce the temp and keep it in a low flame cos next u are goin to add tomato and adding this at a high temp to the curry wud make the milk to kurdle. So after lowering the temp of the curry, add 2 tomatoes or tomato puree. Make sure that you dont add this lil by lil.Add it in one shot. Then add salt and corriander leaves. Add the cubed eggs now.
