The best thing I love abt this dish is that I can make use of my leftover rice than throwing it in trash and also preparing this dish can never get more easier.
Preparation :
To the leftover rice add turmeric pdr and Tamarind paste such that the rice does not become watery. The rice should be dry even after adding the above said. Keep this overnight.
Next morning, to make a delicious Puliogare all you gotto do is,
Oil + mustard seeds + curry leaves + bengal gram (kadalai parupu) + red gram (thuvaram parupu) + red chilli (1 or 2 ) + peanuts (as req) + onion (1 small) + already soaked rice + lil Asafoetida (perungayam) + salt.
Yummy Puliogare is ready to serve.
