Ingredients:
- Oil
- Onion
- Spring onion
- Capsicum
- Mushroom
- Soy sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Chilli sauce (opt)
- Ajinomotto (opt)
- salt as req
- Pepper
- Corriander
Preparation:
Oil + Onion (1 medium) + Spring onion (white bulb portion) --> Saute till oil leaves. Now add Capsicum + Mushroom + Soy sauce (1 tbsp) + Tomato Sauce ( 2 tbsp) + Chilli sauce (lil) + Ajinomotto (opt) + salt & cook for 5 mins
If needed, add pepper finally. Garnish with spring onion (remaining) and corriander.
P.S ::: Mushroom cooks really fast n also has low calories :)))

ReplyDeletehey kavi i tried this recipe it was gr8...i just did a slight variation i added chilli garlic sauce instead of tomato and i separated the onions lengthwise and added them towards the end along with spring onions i also added thin sliced ginger along with the saute stuff..my hubby liked it too!!
