Orange Skin Pachadi

Ingredients:
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Saunf pdr - 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli pdr - 2 tsp
  • Orange skin of 2 oranges
  • Turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - as req
  • Thick Tamarind juice - lil
  • Jaggery or Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Varutha ellu (sesame seeds) - 1 tsp
Preparation:

Steam the orange skin. Cut it into small pieces. To heated oil(1 tsp), add mustard seeds + saunf pdr (1/4 tsp) + 2 tsp chilli pdr(1 orange : 1 tsp) + 1/4 tsp tur pdr + then add the orange skin + salt(as req) + very thick tamarind water(lil) + vellam + varutha ellu (powdered).
