Ingredients:
- Garlic pods - 2
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Cloves - 2
- Sombhu - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato - 1 or 2
- Dry red Chilli - 1 or 2
- Onion - finely chopped (dont grind this...juz add it to the batter)
- Dosa Batter - 2 cups
Preparation:
Grind garlic pod + cinnamon stick + cloves + sombu + dry red chilli. Now add tomato and grind again. Add this tomato paste, finely chopped onion to the dosa batter. Tomato dosa batter is now ready. All you have to do is pour the batter on the griddle and yummy tomato dosas are ready. Since I made this specially for my lil one, I made them as mini dosas...n yeah, he loved it :)
