Ingredients needed :
In a kadai add water and salt and allow it to boil well. Once it is boiling , turn the gas to medium flame.., and add the rice flour slowly and keep stirring it will get thick as a dough , switch off the gas and keep it aside and allow it to cool
Once cooled, add 2 tsp. oil to the dough and knead it well then take medium size ball , dough and roll it slowly like chapathi ,heat tawa , and fry this roti , on both the sides. If needed add oil and fry
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt - as reqd.
- Oil - 2 tsp.

this is similar to aripathiri that is made in kerala. For that we cook the rice almost 3/4 done and then grind it into dosa batter and then pour it like dosa. will try your version sometime...how do u make this onion chutney?
