Ingredients:
- Peppercorns - 30 nos
- Aniseed (Sombu) - 1 tbsp
- Cloves - 5
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Chicken
- salt
- onion - 1 large
Preparation:
Grind peppercorns, Sombu , Cloves, Ginger and garlic to a paste.
In heated oil, add onion and saute till it turns golden brown. Then add the grinded masala. After sauteing for a minute add the chicken pieces and salt. Saute for a couple of minutes and then add water and cook closed for 15 mins minimum. Cook till there is no water left and then before switching off cook on low flame for 5 mins.

ReplyDeletehey vini, sure try it out...u wil love it...comin to the diet dishes u were asking for...u can c some soups, oats, wheat recipes in my blog da...itz juz tat i've nt categorised separately as diet foods dear...juz browse thru the recipes da..nways, comin to some quick tips, replace ur cooking oil to EVOO(Extra Virgin Olive Oil)...switch to baked stuffs...
