- Agathi keerai - 1/2 bunch
- Onion - 1
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp.
- Jeera - 1/4 tsp
- Urid dhal - 1/4 tsp.
- Channa dhal - 1/4 tsp. (Optional)
- Dried Red chilli - 1
- Salt - little
- Oil - 1/4 tsp.
