To grind :
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chili - 1
Make medu vadai : click for recipe here. Grind Coconut + green chili into smooth paste by adding little water take it in a bowl and mix it with curd + salt. Peel carrot skin and grate it. Chop coriander finely and set aside.
In a serving bowl spread little curd mixture and place vadais on it then pour remaining curd mixture on top of it and sprinkle jeera powder , chili powder , chat masala powder and grated carrot , coriander leaves... allow it soak for few minutes and serve it .
If you wish you can soak the medu vadai in hot water once fried and squeeze water well then soak it in curd mixture .
You can also use kara boondi to garnish. Mix it well and then serve it ..
