Ingredients needed :
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Grated Paneer - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 1
- Corn flour - 2 tsp.
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Hing powder
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying
Mash the cooked rice well and chop Onions finely and keep it aside... in a bowl , add mashed rice + chopped onions and all the other ingredients except oil , if needed sprinkle water and mix it well and keep it ready ...Heat a kadai and add oil for deep frying ...take small quantities of the mix and drop it slowly in hot oil and allow it to fry well ...till it becomes golden brown in colour ...serve hot with tomato ketchup ...
