Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients needed :
  • Vegetables - (carrot , cauliflower , beans )
  • Cooked Rice - 1 cup
  • Jeera - little
  • Fennel seeds - little
  • Cloves - 4 or 5
  • Garlic pods - 2
  • Pepper powder - little
  • Oil - little
  • Salt
Method : 

Chop carrots and beans lengthwise and cut cauliflower into each florets and set aside ...Pressure cook the rice seperately and set aside in a vessel add enough water and boil the cauliflowers+ salt till tender and keep it ready ..take a pressure cooker and add little oil , once it is hot add Jeera + fennel seeds+cloves + garlic pods +carrot and beans + salt + pepper powder and fry till it gets softs then add the cauliflowers and fry for few mins ....now spread the cooked rice well so that it doesn't stick together .... add this cooked veges and mix it gently serve hot with spicy gravies. Easy Veg. fried rice ready ...

      Thanks for the tip ...I started to use soya sauce just few months back ...My husband was against all those stuff ...even masala items I have never used ....even now very rarely I use it ...
