Ingredients needed :
- Small Onions - 10
- Ginger - little
- Tomato - 1
- Dried Red chilli - 3 or 4
- Urid dhal - little
- Channa dhal - little
- Dhaniya / Coriander seeds - little
- Mustard seeds - little
- Curry leaves - little
- Hing powder - little
- Turmeric powder - little
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tsp.
Method :
Now in the kadai add oil , once it gets hot temper it with mustard seeds + little urid dhal + curry leaves + hing powder and then add the grinded paste + salt + turmeric powder and fry for few mins ...
Spicy Tomato Ginger chutney is ready goes excellent with Dosas..
